ECHO- Greywater Recycling in the home

 

My major project at University over the course of my final year. Focusing on the over usage of water in the UK and methods of reducing this.

 

I conducted water diaries and focus groups which helped to guide my project towards greywater recycling. Further development, research and design lead to the product 'ECHO', a system which reuses a households shower and bath water to flush their toilet.

 

Reducing the average households water usage by 20%.
